Product Description
Agarose is a neutral component of agar without polysaccharide. It is extracted from agar or seaweed containing agar. It is a linear polymer in structure β - D-galactopyranose (1-4) linked 3,6-dehydrated α- L-galactopyranosyl units. Agarose is generally heated to more than 90 C in water. When the temperature drops to 35-40 C, a good semisolid gel is formed. This is the main characteristic and foundation of its multiple uses. Agarose gel properties are usually expressed by gel strength. The strength is improved, and the gel performance is better.

Dissolve in the working fluid, heat and then cool.
Gel Strength( 1%):>1200g / cm 2
Gel Temperature( 1.5%):35〜37 ℃
Sol Temperature( 1.5%):87〜89 ℃
