Magicseq Tn5 DNA library prep kit for Illumina is a DNA library construction kit developed for Illumina sequencing platform. The kit greatly simplifies the construction process of small DNA fragment library, and uses one-step simple enzymatic reaction to replace the fragmentation, end repair and junction reaction in the construction process of traditional DNA library, which significantly shortens the construction time of library.
